Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Rhythm Logistics Group LLC. By using rhythmlogisticsgroup.com, creating a carrier dashboard account, signing a form through our site, or buying or paying for any service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

1. Who we are and what we do

Rhythm Logistics Group LLC ("RLG", "we", "us") is a DOT and FMCSA compliance service company in Conyers, Georgia. We prepare and submit registrations, filings and permits for motor carriers, such as operating authority, BOC-3, UCR, IRP, IFTA, Form 2290 and state permits, and we keep compliance records for clients on our plans. "You" means the person using our site or services and the business they act for. If you use our services for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these terms, and you must be at least 18 years old.

2. We are not your attorney, accountant or insurer

We provide administrative filing and compliance services. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a tax preparer of record, an insurance agency or a government agency, and nothing on our site, in our emails, chats or calls is legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Government agencies and other organizations make every final decision. We do not guarantee that any application, registration, permit, filing or authority will be approved, granted, processed by a certain date, or kept active.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Accurate information. You must give us complete, accurate, current and truthful information and documents, and tell us promptly when anything changes (address, ownership, trucks, drivers, insurance, mileage). We rely on what you give us and are not responsible for checking it. You are solely responsible for errors, rejections, penalties or legal consequences caused by information that is wrong, incomplete or late.
  • On-time action. You must send what we ask for, and pay, in time to meet each deadline. Penalties, late fees, interest, fines, lapses, suspensions, revocations, out-of-service orders and lost business caused by information, documents, signatures or payment we did not receive in time are your responsibility.
  • Your legal duties stay yours. You remain fully responsible for operating legally, including insurance, drug and alcohol testing, driver qualification, hours of service, vehicle safety, tax payments and keeping your own records. Our reminders, calendars, dashboards and emails are a courtesy to help you. They are not a guarantee, and missing or late reminders do not shift any legal duty to RLG.
  • Your account. Keep your carrier dashboard login private. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for anyone you let use it.
  • Lawful use. You will not use our services for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or give us information you do not have the right to share.

4. Authorization to act for you

When you order a service, you authorize RLG and its staff to prepare, sign where permitted, and submit the related filings, to pay fees on your behalf from what you pay us, and to communicate with the relevant agencies and organizations for you. Some services also require a signed Power of Attorney or the use of your account logins; you provide those by choice, and we use them only for the services you ordered. You confirm that everything you sign or authorize is true and accurate.

5. Prices, payment and collection

  • Prices are shown on our website or on your invoice and may change at any time before you pay. Prices marked "from" depend on fleet size or the filing, and we confirm the final amount before you pay.
  • Government and third-party fees are separate from our service fees unless a price says they are included. If an agency charges more than estimated, or adds a fee, penalty or interest, you agree to pay the difference.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A card processing fee may apply to credit card payments; if it does, it is shown before you pay.
  • Invoices are due by the date shown. We may pause or stop work on any of your open orders while an invoice is unpaid, and we are not responsible for deadlines missed during that pause. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections, and you agree to pay reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, to the extent the law allows.
  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal. To stop the next charge, your cancellation must reach us before the renewal date.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

All sales are final and no payment is refunded, as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. Disputing a charge with your bank or card company for a service you ordered, instead of contacting us first, is a breach of these terms; see the Refund Policy for what happens next.

7. Electronic signatures, records and communications

You agree to do business with us electronically. Documents you sign electronically through our site, such as a Power of Attorney, have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. We may send notices, invoices, receipts and records by email or through your dashboard, and they count as delivered when sent to the email address you gave us. Keep your email address current. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the Unsubscribe link; service emails continue while you have services with us.

8. Your documents and our work

You keep ownership of the documents and information you give us. You give RLG permission to store, copy and use them as needed to provide our services, keep required records and meet legal obligations. The site, its design, text, logos, forms, templates and emails, and the methods we use, belong to RLG and may not be copied, reused or resold without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use of the site

Do not try to break into, overload, scrape, copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the site or dashboards, use them to send spam, or upload anything harmful or unlawful. We may suspend or close access for any misuse.

10. Third parties

Our services depend on government systems and outside companies, including FMCSA, state agencies, the IRS, the UCR Plan, process agents, testing consortiums, Stripe and Google. We are not responsible for their outages, delays, errors, fees, rule changes or decisions, or for websites we link to.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, our site and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • RLG, its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost loads, lost revenue or profits, downtime, fines, penalties, interest or loss of business or data, even if we were told they were possible.
  • Our total liability for all claims of any kind relating to the site or our services is limited to the service fees (not government or third-party fees) you paid RLG for the specific service the claim is about, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.

Some laws do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you, but they apply as far as the law permits.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RLG, its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, fines, penalties, damages, costs and reasonable attorney's fees arising from information or documents you provided, your business operations, your violation of these terms or of any law, or a dispute between you and a government agency or any third party.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government shutdowns or system outages, agency backlogs, rule changes, natural disasters, power or internet failures, illness, or failures of outside providers.

15. Suspending or ending services

You may stop using our services at any time. We may refuse, suspend or end any service or account at our discretion, including if these terms are broken, payments are late or disputed, information is false, or continuing would require us to act unlawfully or unsafely. Ending services does not cancel amounts you owe, and work already completed is not refunded.

16. Disputes, governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us in writing and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any lawsuit must be brought only in the state or federal courts serving Rockdale County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Each claim must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, to the extent the law allows.

17. Independent business

RLG is an independent business. Nothing in these terms makes us your employee, partner, agent for any purpose other than the filings you authorize, or joint venturer.

18. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and any invoice or written order together are the whole agreement between you and RLG and replace any earlier statements.
  • Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
  • Survival. Sections on payment, refunds, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification and disputes continue after services end.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
