HVUT Form 2290 (3 or more trucks)

Heavy Vehicle Use Tax Form 2290 e-filed with the IRS for 3 or more trucks, for vehicles 55,000 lbs or more. Due by August 31 each year, or by the end of the month after a new truck’s first use. You get your stamped Schedule 1, which you need for IRP plates and renewals. The IRS tax itself is paid separately from our fee.
